Return and Refund Policy

 

Most of our apparel is printed just for you when you order, and our beauty and home items ship straight from our partner warehouses. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, has a printing mistake, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at tryresurrection@aol.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

 

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we will help track it down or send a replacement.

 

Beauty items: for health and safety, opened makeup, lashes and lip products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

Thrift items are one-of-a-kind and sold as-is. All thrift sales are final.

 

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
